Sentient Energy, Inc. in Frisco, TX is seeking a Technical Lead needed to design & architect scalable, reliable, & secure cloud solutions using AWS, Python, & modern infrastructure-as-code tools.
Requires Masters Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field & 5 years experience in software engineering including building on data-intensive systems involving handling large data volume, performance & memory constraints & scalability needs; dealing with technical complexities like concurrency & partitioning; software product development, testing, & deployment lifecycle; & using REST APIs; RDBMS (SQL); NoSQL technologies; AWS or Azure Cloud Services; and C#, Java, or Python. Must have at least 2 years experience handling & processing high-resolution oscillography data, using ECS, architecting microservices, & using CAAP to deliver predictive analytics for electric utilities & fleetwide monitoring.
In alternative, employer will accept a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field & 7 years of progressive, post-bachelor experience as stated.
