Lead and mentor cross-functional senior backend and frontend engineering teams, and managers, defining technical strategy and overseeing end-to-end development of complex systems. Oversee complete software development lifecycles, from advanced research and architecture design to production deployment and system maintenance.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field. (5) years of progressive experience in software engineering position, including a minimum of three (3) years in technical leadership/managerial role overseeing senior engineering teams and defining technical strategy for complex systems. Demonstrated experience in managing the complete software development lifecycle. Expertise in full-stack architecture, including design/implementation and maintenance of scalable microservices and APIs, using backend technologies (Java, Kotlin, Node.js, and Python). Required proficiency in front-end development with JavaScript and modern frameworks (React or Angular). Experience guiding development of platform-level algorithms or system components (high-performance AI or blockchain-based environments) and understanding of defining/enforcing architectural standards, leading MVP development, and promoting engineering excellence. May require up to fifteen percent (15%) domestic/international travel.
