Actuarial Data Business Analyst (Jersey City, NJ): Develop actuarial asset projection models using GGY AXIS actuarial modeling platform to support new regulatory requirements & business initiatives, such as Bermuda reinsurance deal, VM-22, & new product launches. Thoroughly understand asset related requirements for life & retirement companies under different frameworks & provide corresponding modeling solutions. Maintain & enhance existing asset models across various business lines (Variable Annuity, Fixed Annuity, Fixed Index Annuity, Pension Risk Transfer, & Universal Life) under different actuarial frameworks including Principal Based Reserve (PBR), Cash Flow Testing (CFT), & Economic Balance Sheet (EBS). Work with multiple fixed-income asset classes within the insurance industry; computational & asset modeling; Excel; &, programming in Python & SQL.
Requirements: Req's Master's degree + 3 years exp.
