Responsible to develop and adhere to comprehensive project timelines; Offer suggestions and strategies to maintain projects within budget; Regularly communicate with team about budget, schedule, and risks; Manage project closeout process, ensuring all requirements are met; Guide and mentor all external project resources; among other duties. 20% Domestic Travel Required.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Construction, Real Estate Development, Urban Studies or related, plus 12 months experience in job offered or related industry role experience. Experience with construction equipment methods and equipment and experience with current construction climate costs.
