Plan, schedule, & coordinate project activities to meet deadlines. Prepare & submit budget estimates, progress/cost reports to client & GC. Conduct on-site inspections for progress & compliance. Requisition of supplies, materials, & labor. Obtain necessary permits.
Min. Reqs: Master's degree or its equivalent in Architecture, Project Management, Construction/Engineering (foreign acceptable); 2 yrs' exp as residential project manager; & 6 mos exp using Autodesk Revit & Microsoft Project software. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, & experience.
