Utilize CMMS to identify failures on equipment, generate reports, & share findings & solutions w/ teams; Partner w/ maintenance planners to adjust prioritization of project management tasks; Leverage CMMS to input changes in tasks & request inputs for corrective actions, provide engineering representation for decision-making on work requests, & assist team leaders in defining work requests; Define assignment scope; Monitor work orders; Oversee predictive maintenance measures in manufacturing plant; Coordinate maintenance events/visits w/ planners; Collect & report data to perform maintenance procedures & develop strategies for risk mitigation; Partner w/ teams in execution of equipment assessments, lead reliability review for assets, analyze life cycle cost reports for equipment, & execute "engineer-out" failure projects.
Required Experience: Experience in root cause analysis; Working w/ manufacturing equipment & individual parts: Bearings, cylinders, pumps, belts, PLCs, photo eyes; Managing predictive & preventive maintenance programs; Working on continuous improvement projects; Overseeing Food Safety operations; Experience w/ advanced MS Office apps, including MS Project; Experience w/ AutoCAD; Experience w/ CMMS.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or franchise equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or related field, & 5 years experience as Facilities/Reliability Engineer or related occupation in Manufacturing. Lean Six Sigma Certification required.
