Provide tech support & expert troubleshooting skills to dealers & dealer support rep/RBM.

Requires bachelor degree (or FDE) in Engineering, Engineering Management, or related field. Must have 7 years of experience as a Product Support Specialist or related practical occupation in the engineering industry. Must have experience in/with: MS Office suite; root cause analysis; customer service; analyzing processes; & hydraulics & electrics for hydraulic excavators & wheel loaders. Up to 50% international travel is required. Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.
