Own delivery schedule, set team priorities, and identify operational efficiencies. Present findings to internal and external clients, peers, and upper management. Participate in sales calls with clients to discuss potential custom research initiatives. Manage the execution of custom research projects from outlined service order to completion. Identify process efficiencies and automation opportunities. Validate custom analytics with external sources. Develop and enhance assigned products. 100% telecommuting permitted within the U.S.
