Duties: Partner with key stakeholders to define success and develop measurement frameworks and KPIs for Nordstrom. Build production quality business intelligence tools (BI). Continuously automating and refining processes for efficiency. Bring data to life through storytelling in a clear and meaningful way to audiences with mixed levels of technical expertise. Reconcile divergent demands from multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced work environment. Build data pipelines that adhere to data engineering standards. Perform A/B analysis to confirm or disprove hypotheses and guide business decisions using Python language. Telecommuting permitted.
