Duties:
Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the AdTech Exchange platform. Align product strategy with the company's overall goals and objectives. Perform market analysis. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customers. Determine needs and translate insights into actionable product enhancements. Perform roadmap planning. Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap that outlines feature priorities and delivery timelines. Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives. Participate in cross-functional collaboration. Work closely with engineering, data science, design, and sales teams to define product features, manage development timelines, and ensure successful product launches. Participate in product development. Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from concept to delivery, while managing trade-offs between scope, quality, and time. Track performance metrics. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor product performance, making data-driven decisions to achieve business objectives. Build strong relationships with key customers and partners to understand their needs and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Mentor and guide junior product managers and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

Offered Wage: $166,899 to $195,000 annually.
