Must have exp following: Exp work across full SDLC using Python & at least 1 modern programming lang (e.g. Go, Java, or C++), as demonstrated previous roles; Script langs, Bash or Python, for service deployment, sys monitoring & data migration tasks; Exp building & maintaining web services using RESTful APIs or structured data interfaces, Protocol Buffers or Thrift; Exp with relational & non-relational databases; Messaging systems, SQS, Kafka or RabbitMQ & related monitoring tools for ensuring data pipeline reliability; Exp with testing & QA practices, incl writing unit tests, integration tests & participating in code reviews; Exp work with cloud platforms, AWS or Azure, deploy & operate backend services; & Exp collaborating with product managers, designs & frontend engineers to plan, implement & iterate production features & experimentation. 40 hrs/wk; Salary: $213,512/year.
