Senior Quality Engineer / Quality Engineering Team Lead (Sturtevant, WI) at BRP US Inc. required to manage the Quality Engineering team, including execution of strategic plans, performance management, professional development; anticipate and proactively resolve issues that could compromise delivery to plan; oversee development of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) documentation including production part approval process (PPAP), undertake risk assessment identification (PFMEA), control plans, and quality function deployment (QFD); initiate actions to achieve quality, cost, and delivery targets associated with new product launch; utilize Lean production principles and tools; improve production processes; lead process improvement and corrective action teams; review CARs for adequate problem definition, containment, corrective action, and effectiveness verification, represent the Quality Engineering team in weekly cross-functional change management meetings; and analyze needs, support the department to achieve defined Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
