Senior Manufacturing Engineer (Sturtevant, WI) at BRP US Inc. required as part of a team of key influential players supporting the New Product Development projects. The ideal candidate will maximize effectiveness and efficiency of BRP US' processes; ensure BRP US' compliance with all industry standards for safety while meeting design standards and guidelines; execute production including planning, designing, procuring, modifying, validating and implementing all tools, templates and equipment to meet production deadlines; participate in Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis; support operations by reacting quickly to issues and ad hoc operations requests for new tools/equipment; works toward continuous improvement; collaborate with engineering teams to make necessary changes to parts in order to optimize production output (POKA YOKE, VARIETIES, etc.); carry out risk analysis and lockout procedure analysis on new equipment; introduce new equipment and ensuring maintenance teams are trained on the same.
