Lead consultative selling for outcome-based connected programs, including diagnostic and value proposition development. Reqs Bach degree or foreign equiv in Business, Tech, Eng, or a rel field + 8 yrs of exp w/ sales, consulting, &/or eng roles, w/ demonstrated leadership & team management exp.
Full term of exp must include: ability to develop & present technical knowledge across solution portfolios & emerging connected & analytics technologies; proficiency in diagnosing customer operations performance, identifying operational excellence levers, estimating impact on plant EBITDA, & developing value propositions; proven track record of leadership, project management, team building, & organizational development; demonstrated ability to drive actions & implement effective solutions to achieve business results; ability to develop growth strategies for existing & new customers, including expansion of value & driving adoption; exp in automation/industrial companies & consulting firms (system integrators, management consultancies); in-depth knowledge of Honeywell & competitor platforms, products & tech; & exp in technical writing & preparation of proposals.
