Design & supporting the operations & maintenance of the VMware virtual infrastructure, including, but not limited to, vCenter Server Appliance, vRealize Operations Manager (vROps), vRealize.
Reqs: Masters degree or foreign equiv in Info Tech, or related field, + 5 yrs of exp in any occupation in which the req exp was gained. Full term of exp must include: working knowledge of hyper converged Network environment, & SW defined networking technologies; hands-on exp & advanced knowledge w/ stackable switching, SW defined Network access & wireless assurance; exp w/ Network data protection, business continuity disaster recovery options, configuration & execution; ability to deliver on complex Network Situations or problems without guidance or supervision; programming, scripting, developing code on Unix using API's, python or equiv; ability to partner effectively across IT teams, suppliers & business customers on cross-functional projects & process improvements; knowledge of IT business processes & practices including ITIL methodology; & exp w/ data protection, business continuity & disaster recovery options, configuration & execution. Approx 5% domestic travel req. Telecommuting permitted 2x per week. If offered employment must have legal right to work in U.S. EOE.
