CAD Operator-Daily communication with co-workers via Teams, email or in-person meetings with production employees & sales personnel to complete final projects. Using AutoCAD, PowerStairs, SigmaNest, Prophesy, Word, Excel to meet day's production schedule. Produce production & shipping schedules using various software programs to optimize shipping & invoicing of customers. Produce price estimates & margins for projects for use by sales personnel for presentation to customers to secure orders. Evaluate processes, designs, & value of engineered products. Inspection components before assembly & inspection finished products. Using AutoCAD to produce sketches for approval by clients, specifying dimensions & final design drawings for each project for customer to confirm proof of concept prior to manufacturing.
Requires Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
