Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance + 6 years experience analyzing impact of potential mergers, spin off, spin outs & other corporate actions. Requires 6 years experience creating operational & financial models using advanced accounting analysis & statistical techniques; developing & utilizing net asset value models; auditing accounting records & financial reports; evaluating legal, regulatory & anti-trust frameworks across various jurisdictions; cross-border experience covering companies across multinational jurisdictions; evaluating debt restructuring alternatives including rights offerings, debt to equity swap, cash pay downs, restructuring debt terms.
