Requires bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Finance, Econ, or a closely related field, & 5 yrs of progressively responsible exp in the job offered, as Financial Analyst, Associate, or related position in finance/banking. Full term of exp must include: Use of Excel for financial analysis & finance functions, & Power BI; Investment banking research tools, including FactSet, CapIQ, & Eikon; Financial analysis, including Price/Volume/cost analysis, product cohort analysis; &, Data analysis, including manipulating & analyzing large datasets via Excel &/or Power BI. 2 yrs of exp must include: Developing investment opportunities & products within Food & Beverage & Auto Aftermarket sectors; Assisting in efforts to identify, source, create, & execute new business opportunities for investment banking; Executing cross-border transactions; &, Maintaining relationships in the private equity & corporate strategic universe to source new transaction opportunities. FINRA Series 79 & 63 licenses required. Approx 10% domestic travel required for client meetings.
