Responsibilities: As member of U.S. Software & Services team, responsible for assisting clients in meeting their economic, financial, and strategic needs.
Specific duties: participate in full execution of advisory, capital raising, and principal transactions in pursuit of new business opportunities and servicing of existing portfolio investments, including debt and equity positions; develop methods of valuing transactions; participate in transaction due diligence; and create presentation materials, such as pitch books and confidential information memoranda.
