Responsible for managing the full lifecycle of sales & procurement process, from initial lead qualification through proposal delivery & post-sale coordination. Optimizing & maintaining the HubSpot CRM platform to track leads, client communications, & sales pipelines efficiently. Liaise directly with manufacturers to ensure that label production meets stringent design specifications, branding consistency, & regulatory compliance.
Review label proofs & pre-press files, confirm design accuracy, & recommend layout adjustments when needed to prevent production errors or misapplication. Oversee procurement of specialized print materials & labelling components, ensuring that product selections meet both functional & visual criteria.
Managing inventory levels of label stock, placing & tracking purchase orders, analyzing supplier performance, negotiating pricing, & ensuring that deliveries align with project timelines. Maintaining detailed procurement records, assisting in the development of visual brand assets as needed for labeling requirements, & communicating with internal teams & external vendors to resolve quality control or logistics issues that may affect production or delivery.
Requirements:
Associate degree in Graphic Design from U.S. or foreign accredited school & 2 years experience in sales coordination, production, procurement, & with inventory & vendor control.
Skills:
Proficiency with HubSpot CRM & ability to interpret technical drawings & design specifications related to labels & printed materials.
