Job Responsibilities:
- Understand business vision and translate it into Salesforce solutions
- Understand Salesforce, Coveo, Appinium, AEM features and study system capabilities
- Manage data stored on the Salesforce platform, including data integrity
- Develop and deploy analytics dashboards and reports
- Automate tasks using Salesforce developers
- Work with stakeholders to design and implement Salesforce solutions
- Maintain documentation related to each project
- Groom user stories and work closely with stakeholders
- Work with development team to implement planned features
- Participate in Scrum meetings and interact with the team
- Maintain records of system integrations, changes, and incidents
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT staff
- Plan, conduct and acquire sign-offs on UAT
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Information Systems or related field
- 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation
- Foreign degree equivalents are acceptable
- Position headquartered in New York, NY with placement at project sites nationally within the United States
