Requirements:
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field + 3 years of experience in Software development. Alternatively, employer will accept Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in the stated fields + 5 years of experience in Software development. Full term of required experience must include:
- Agile development methodologies & frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
- Proficiency in testing tools such as Selenium WebDriver & J-meter
- API & UI testing
- Knowledge of Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes
- Understanding of Software testing best practices & industry trends
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java & SQL
- Understanding of technical design & interface touchpoints that are internal & external to the system like REST API, JSON, XML, async, socket, thrift, & Kafka
- Using Kibana, elastic search, Fluentd for application monitoring, logs, & time-series analytics
- Hands-on experience using Jira for defect management & Agile methodology
- Test data configuration & planning for functional, system integration, end-to-end, & volume performance testing using automation, simulation, & emulation tools
Additional Information:
Approximately 10% domestic travel required. Telecommuting permitted 2 times/week. If offered employment must have legal right to work in U.S. EOE.
