Perform engineering, specification, design, testing & commissioning of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Distributed Control Systems (DCSs), Data Acquisition (SCADA), & Human Machine Interface (HMI) based automation control systems that integrate hardware & software for large industrial project applications, specifically in metals industry & power systems.
Requirements:
Must have Bachelor or equivalent in Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field & 5 years relevant experience. Must have: SIMATIC TIA; TIA Program Structure; Network designs TCP/IP, Profinet, Profibus; IbaPDA (iba Process Data Acquisition); Human Machine Interface proficient SIMATIC WinCC; S7/TIA Program Structure; Furnace Design & Control. Employer will accept any amount of experience with required skills.
Travel required approximately 60% to various client sites throughout US. International travel possible.
