Requirements:
Must have a Master's degree in Information Science, Information Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field plus:
- 1 year of experience with: Braze, Salesforce, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, and Iterable
- 2 years of experience in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and data visualization, utilizing tools and techniques to extract actionable insights
- 2 years of experience writing complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from databases, ensuring accurate reporting and analysis
- 2 years of experience with data visualization tools Tableau, Power BI, and DOMO, effectively presenting insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
- 2 years of experience communicating complex data insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure data-driven decision-making
- 1 year of experience leveraging CRM data to meet business objectives such as customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies
