Requirements:
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics or related analytic field with 5 years of progressive experience in quantitative analyst or research positions performing/utilizing:
- Quantitative analysis & data analytics
- Statistical methods, including broad understanding of classical statistics, probability theory, econometrics, time-series, & primary statistical tests
- Linear algebra concepts for optimization, complex matrix operations, eigenvalue decompositions, & principal component
- Data cleansing & preparation methodologies, including regex, filtering, indexing, interpolation, & outlier treatment
- Data Analysis techniques, EDA, Data Visualization to effectively communicate to stakeholders
- Data Engineering & ML-Ops for data extraction, transformation, loading, model deployment, maintenance & operation
- Natural Language Processing techniques & text-related Deep Learning knowledge
- Building & managing interactive dashboards in Adobe Analytics workspace
- Utilizing SQL, SAS, Python, R, SAS E-Miner, Tableau, Qlik, IBM DB2, Oracle, & Hue
Alternatively, employer will accept a Master's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics or related analytic field with 5 years experience.
Must have at least 2 years of decision science/analytics project management experience with a diverse project focus & demonstrated results.
Position may be eligible to work hybrid/remotely but is based on & reports to Truist offices in Charlotte, NC. Must be available to travel to Charlotte, NC regularly for meetings & reviews with manager & project teams within 24-hours' notice.
