Responsible for the development & documentation of models supporting capital stress testing, asset & liability management, NII forecasting, EVE, & other corporate initiatives. Develop models & analytics in support of CCAR, internal stress testing, capital planning, NII forecasting, ALM, EVE, & those associated models & qualitative methodologies.
Requirements:
Must have a Master's degree in Statistics, Actuarial Science, Applied Mathematics, Information Science, Operations Research, or other applied quantitative science. Must have 2 years experience in data or quantitative analyst positions performing the following:
- Performing quantitative analysis & data analytics using statistical methods, including a broad understanding of classical statistics, probability theory, econometrics, time-series, & primary statistical tests
- Using data cleansing & preparation methodologies, including regex, filtering, indexing, interpolation, & outlier treatment
- Applying Data Analysis techniques, Exploratory Data Analysis, Data Visualization to effectively communicate to stakeholders, clarify requirements & make effective suggestions
- Applying Natural Language Processing techniques & other related Deep Learning knowledge
- Managing multiple projects with tight deadlines in a collaborative environment
- Utilizing experience with: SQL, SAS, Python, R, Pandas, NumPy, & Tableau
Position Details:
Position may be eligible to work hybrid/remotely but is based out of & reports to Truist offices in Charlotte, NC. Must be available to travel to Charlotte, NC regularly for meetings & reviews with manager & project teams within 24-hours' notice.
