Perform sophisticated analytics (statistical & predictive analytics, machine learning modeling, etc.) to provide actionable insights that improve business outcomes & minimize risk. Independently perform sophisticated data analytics (ranging from classical econometrics to machine learning, neural networks, & natural language processing) in a variety of environments using structured & unstructured data.
Requirements:
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, MIS, Engineering or related field with quantitative coursework, plus 4 years of experience in quantitative or data analytics positions performing/utilizing the following:
- Statistical methods, including a broad understanding of classical statistics, probability theory, econometrics, time-series, & primary statistical tests
- Data cleansing & preparation methodologies, including regex, filtering, indexing, interpolation, & outlier treatment
- Data Analysis techniques, Exploratory Data Analysis, Data Visualization to effectively communicate to stakeholders, clarify requirements & make effective suggestions
- Natural Language Processing techniques & other related Deep Learning knowledge
- Managing multiple projects with tight deadlines in a collaborative environment
- Utilizing experience with: SQL, SAS, Python, R, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Actimize
- Databases, including Teradata, MS SQL Server, Oracle, & Hadoop
- Job Schedulers: ESP, Control-M
Alternatively, employer will accept Master's Degree in Data Science, Analytics, MIS, Engineering or related field with quantitative coursework plus 2 years of experience in quantitative or data analytics positions performing/utilizing the aforementioned skills.
Position may be eligible to work hybrid/remotely but is based out of & reports to Truist offices in Atlanta, GA. Must be available to travel to Atlanta, GA regularly for meetings & reviews with manager & project teams within 24-hours' notice.
