Duties include:
- Educate and administer HR policies and procedures
- Resolve HR issues
- Guide managers and supervisors regarding employment policies
- Process employment requisitions and follow-ups
- Maintain employee records
- Process reimbursements and special checks with documentation
- Maintain databases, records, and reports
- Prepare budgets
- Develop HR training initiatives, programs, and special events
- Schedule HR programs and events
- Generate reports and conduct analysis
- Administer all leave of absence cases
- Essential travel on assignment to various unanticipated client sites within the same MSA
Requirements:
- BS in HR, Business, Business Administration, Business Management or related field (or equivalent)
- 12 months experience in HR
- 12 months experience in managing personnel training
- Employee scheduling and payroll processing
- Implementing HR policies
