Manage all data flows, integrations and technology components of the finance and accounting systems. Provide routine and emergency maintenance support for SQL databases. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessary. Conduct the development and implementation of technical solutions on projects dealing with the company's financial, Human Resources, imaging, workflow, and New Business Intake systems. Configure, monitor, and maintain email applications or virus protection software. Provide production support for deployed systems, including rotating on-call duty. Monitor the performance of computer systems and networks and to coordinate computer network access and use. Additional responsibilities as deemed necessary for the role.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science. Proficient in SQL, Redis, Grafana, and Kafka.
