Manage & drive complete lifecycle of bid preparation, from initial inquiry to final submission, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality proposals. Review RFPs, RFQs & other solicitation documents to identify key requirements & deliverables including:
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor offerings & industry trends to position proposals effectively
- Ensure proposals meet all legal, financial & operational compliance standards
- Identify & mitigate potential risks associated with bids
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's or equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration or related field + 7 years relevant experience
- OR Master's or equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration or related field + 5 years relevant experience
- Employer will accept 2 years' Project Management experience as meeting degree requirement
Must have:
- Experience with commercial contracts including review of terms & conditions
- Experience redlining & negotiating complex terms & conditions
- Knowledge of Commercial Project Management tools including SAP & Project Profile
- Experience developing & reviewing contract terms & conditions to ensure compliance & minimize company liability
- Project execution experience in metals industry
- Working knowledge of CALCIS
