Collaborate with a diverse team of experts to design, implement, & maintain innovative & effective risk monitoring & automation solutions using data analytics to support the Corebridge Corporate Compliance function, which is responsible for managing compliance risks across the organization. Establish & manage relationships with key stakeholders, including Risk Informatics & Monitoring (RI&M), Compliance Officers, Business Line Management, & Data Owners, focusing on enhancing analytics-driven risk coverage.
Work with risk monitoring & compliance analytics, including:
- Designing & implementing data-driven solutions for internal compliance clients in the areas of compliance risk identification, compliance monitoring, & compliance process automation
- Advanced data analytics & machine learning, including developing predictive models, applying machine learning techniques, & conducting data-driven risk assessments using R, KNIME, & Python
- Compliance-focused analytics platforms, including SQL, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop (RPA), & Power Apps, for reporting, visualization, & process automation
- Data integration & pipeline development, including integrating diverse data sources, building scalable data pipelines, & transforming data for compliance & risk insights
- Project management
Requirements:
Master's degree + 2 years of experience
