Monitor Projects for Constructability by reviewing design of mechanical systems including HVAC; Prepare and negotiate cost estimates, budgets and work schedules; Report on work progress and budget; Oversee worksite activities and monitor construction personnel; Determine project specifications to correspond MEP plans in conformity with building codes and regulations; Review of HVAC Designs on Construction Contract documents against current code requirements; Travel required within Houston Metropolitan area.
