Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Certification as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator; and 24 months employment experience as a Salesforce Administrator, including experience with the following: gathering business requirements and translating them into software solutions through wireframes, diagrams, workflows, and mockups; working with large data sets; Salesforce Marketing Cloud; Salesforce CRM (such as with Service or Sales Cloud); Salesforce Marketing Cloud Connector; FTP; HTML; XML; CSS; Java Script; and AMPscript.
The Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator within University Information Technology's University Support Services unit will serve as the University's marketing automation expert. Responsible for management and operations of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform; implement solutions meeting business needs and scaling requirements within the university environment; develop advanced configurations, templates and queries in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support digital engagement; formulate and implement digital strategies for email, mobile and web communications; ensure lifecycle integration across systems, email deliverability, database hygiene, subscription management and compliance with university policy and CAN-SPAM regulations; Collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and university leaders to support communication and engagement objectives.
Requires on site work multiple days each week, position is not open for remote-only employment.
