Position Responsibilities
Work independently, coordinating and directing the design process of site development projects, water resources projects, and municipal projects. Practice problem solving and conflict resolution throughout the project delivery process. Oversee a team of design participants to complete all phases of permitting and construction relating to civil engineering.
Position Qualifications
Bachelor of science in civil engineering required. Professional license or licensing in progress required. Ten years (10) minimum experience in site and land development engineering required. Experience in municipal engineering and public project delivery desired but not required. Experience in water resources engineering desired but not required. Proficiency with Auto CAD / Civil 3D required. Project management or project engineer experience desired but not required. A proven track record in the areas of marketing, strong writing skills, and relationships with potential clients in private and/or public sectors, all warrant special consideration in offering employment. Compensation package is based on level of experience, and in demonstrating candidate's minimum required qualifications.
$40-55 an hour pay range
