Oversee follow-up and engagement of engineering services to meet client needs. Responsible for increasing support for documents related to identity validation, data collection and template building. Direct activities related to data labelling used for improving machine learning; Collaborate with team members to implement the hardware processes and controls to properly execute these activities. Lead team that engages in implementation, starting from "Proof of Concept" delivery and monitoring, properly preparing environments, deliverables, and training for successful conversion of POC customer into client.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research or closely related field. 5 years experience in job or related management position. Experience must include building and leading team performance teams engaged in customer delivery, leading process design and implementation; managing operational improvement and transformation initiatives and using ID verification software.
