Full Time position responsible for managing and growing Electronic Trading franchises across Fixed Income, in both participation and market share.
Position requires a Bachelor's degree or the regional equivalent in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, Economics, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or related role. In lieu of Bachelor's degree, employer will accept 2 additional years of experience in job offered or related role.
Domestic travel required 60% of the time. Must have 2 years of experience in each of the following skills:
- Electronic Trading
- Relationship management
- Financial markets, trading process, including STP and OMS/EMS connectivity
- Regulatory, market structure and compliance
- Fixed-income electronic trading products and landscape
- Gathering, organizing, and communicating client feedback
- Presenting Electronic Trading solutions to internal and external stakeholders
Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
