Produce concept, schematic & design development documents for large-scale US and international public and private projects.
Requirements:
- Masters in Architecture with specialization in Urban Design or related field
- 2+ years experience
- Experience designing US private projects
- Large scale master planning & mixed use development projects with estimated construction costs over $50M
- Skills required:
- AutoCAD
- Rhino
- Adobe Suite
- Rendering software (EnScape, Lumion, VRay, Twinmotion)
- Excellent visual and verbal communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of REVIT
- Experience with Arc GIS
- Experience working on large scale urban and housing projects
- Expertise with project coordination & construction phase
- Experience with landscape design principles & ecological integration into architecture and urban design
