Remitly, Inc. seeks Engineering Managers to drive the development, maintenance, and enhancement of a digital fraud detection platform.
Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related STEM field, & 8 years of experience with developing reliable & scalable applications and services. Experience must include 3 years of experience with each of the following:
- Developing reliable & scalable applications and services on public cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, & GCP
- Launching digital features & scalable infrastructure that meets customer needs
- Developing enhanced user experience by redesigning workflows, prototyping new features, & ensuring continuous integration
- Functional & automated integration testing
- Structuring & scaling Agile development processes
- Leading technical teams, including recruiting strategy, sourcing, structuring loops, interviewing, & closing candidates
- Mentoring engineers on technical skills through design & code review, & leading performance evaluation & career development
- Proficiency with CH, Confluence, Git, Go, Java, JIRA, Jenkins, Kotlin, object-oriented programming languages, PHP, Python, Scala, scripting languages, & SQL
Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the United States based on manager approval.
Job Location: Seattle, WA. Rate of Pay: $190,486.00 - $225,000.00 per year.
