Act as central point of contact for Pensions clients of SIMNA while coordinating with internal teams to answer client queries & resolve issues.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or foreign equivalent & 3 years of experience in job offered or related occupation: utilizing Salesforce CRM system for data entry, opportunity tracking, running reports, & entering meeting notes. Telecommuting &/or work from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. When not telecommuting, must report to worksite.
