Research, design, & develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs. Analyze user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis. Update software or enhance existing software capabilities. Provide technology-based services and support to our end-users and customers. Respond and react to internal support requests. Independently find points of error and identify root cause by examining log files. Fix complex issues with in-depth analysis of code and configurations.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or Electrical Engineering or related. Telecommuting from home is allowed 5 days per week.
