Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electronic Engineering, or related field of study, & 6 years of experience in any job title/occupation/position working in a product support, development or troubleshooting capacity with a leading technology company.
Experience specified must include:

6 years of experience with:
- Analyzing, troubleshooting & resolving enterprise application issues
- Supporting internal & external client stakeholders
- Preparing reports & analyses setting forth progress, adverse trends & appropriate recommendations or conclusions
- Assessing & determining whether a particular customer problem is caused by hardware, operating systems software, application programs, or network failures

3 years of experience with:
- Developing enterprise applications utilizing databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, MSSQL, UDB or DB2
- Programming using Java

2 years of experience with:
- Advising, mentoring & training junior team members on customer issues resolution
- Operating Systems including Windows & Linux
- Communication protocols & technologies including REST, SOAP & JMS
- J2EE Application Servers such as Tomcat
- Pega Platform including development & technical support

1 year of experience with Kubernetes, Docker admin & operations
