Responsible for supervision of on-site Project Engineers. Sets up initial contracts and project information in PMIS. Receives, reviews, forwards, and tracks status of submittals.
Requirements:
Must have Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Engineering, or related. Work or educational background must include demonstrated experience with:
- Utilizing Microsoft Office, Procore, and Primavera P6
- Reading drawings and specifications
- Utilizing knowledge of QA/QC implementation and process
- Utilizing experience running safety orientation meetings for subcontractors
- Utilizing experience reviewing Contractor Work Plans and job-specific safety plans for a project
- Utilizing experience managing multiple small projects at once
Work will be performed at various unanticipated project locations throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
