Michael O'Shaughnessy Construction, Inc. seeks Construction Project Manager In San Francisco, CA & various unanticipated worksite locations throughout the US. Oversee all aspects of a construction project from initiation to completion.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Construction Management Engineering, or a related field or foreign equivalent, followed by 1 year of progressive responsible experience as a Construction Project Manager, Engineer or similar role. 1 year experience must include:
- Operating & supervising pipelines through hydraulic data
- Utilizing Excel as project management tool
- Preparing reports on operational conditions of pipelines
- Developing & reviewing analytics
- Development & supervision of maintenance plans for pipeline equipment to ensure their continuous optimal operation
- Monitoring & ensuring compliance with company safety & quality standards, as well as international safety & health standards ISO 45001
- Using AutoCAD for design & management of facilities, as well as for design of pipelines
Travel to various unanticipated worksite locations throughout the US required.
