Position Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field + 7 years experience in offered position or related occupation. Employer will accept master's degree + 3 years experience. 3 years experience must include:
- Design & develop audit approach to mitigate financial statement risks based on US GAAS for private entities & PCAOB audit standards for SEC registrants
- Audit accounting estimates in accordance with PCAOB 2501
- US GAAP
- SOX Act Section 404, including deficiency assessment
- COSO framework
- AICPA audit standards
CPA license required.
Position Details:
