Requirements: Req. Bachelor's deg. or foreign equiv. in Design, Human Computer Interaction, Marketing, or related field & 6 yrs. of exp. as a Designer, or related occupation responsible for supporting the prototyping, build, and delivery of user-centered products and solutions which must include at least 2 yrs. of exp. leading teams to deliver products from ideation to launch and aligning work across business and technical stakeholders. Alternatively, BCG will accept a Master's degree in subjects previously noted and 4 yrs. of exp. as a Designer, or related occupation responsible for supporting the prototyping, build, and delivery of user-centered products and solutions which must include at least 2 yrs. of exp. leading teams to deliver products from ideation to launch and aligning work across business and technical stakeholders.
Additional Details: Partial telecommute available. Must report to and reside within commutable distance of the listed BCG office. Domestic/international travel required (up to 80%) based on client/company need.
