Requirements:
Requires Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or Management, HR Management, or a related field + 8 years of hands-on experience in Workday configuration for Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, & Benefits. Alternatively, the employer will accept a Master's degree in the above-listed fields + 5 years of hands-on experience in Workday configuration for Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, & Benefits. Must have full term of experience with the following: strong experience in HCM Core & Reporting; Product Management & Delivery; Supporting system integrations using APIs; strong proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint & Visio.

Compensation and Application:
