Responsible for analyzing finance business processes and providing functional solutions within the SAP S/4HANA Finance system to support daily accounting, reporting, and financial operations while ensuring efficient and compliant system usage. Work closely with finance and information technology teams to gather business requirements, translate those needs into functional system configurations, and document business process flows and system designs. Troubleshoot and resolve functional and application issues by performing root cause analysis, reviewing existing system configurations and code, and coordinating with technical teams to implement enhancements or corrections. Provide ongoing functional support to end users, including assistance during month-end close activities, user acceptance testing, and training, while maintaining accurate system documentation and support materials. Evaluate system changes, upgrades, and configuration requests by assessing business, system, and process impacts, recommending appropriate solutions, and supporting continuous improvement of financial systems and reporting capabilities.
