Duties:
•Gathering business requirements and functional requirements, analyze and interact with upstream and downstream subsystems to ensure the scope of the requirement is distributed to all subsystems. Involve and interact with business analyst to identify user stories with business team and provide necessary changes in user stories. 20%
•Perform end to end data analysis to create various use cases and review with business to confirm the understanding of the requirements, based on the analysis add any other reporting requirements or non-functional requirements. Perform customized interface requirements, data mapping, system configurations, automated systems and processes. 20%
•Implement custom solutions around Facets healthcare products solution. Focus on automating every aspect of the health care business, including claims processing, IPP claims/payments, enrollment, billing, care management, network management among other functionalities. Facets product solutions implementation, review, unit testing and code deliverables of corresponding business requirements specific to BCBSNC healthcare software platforms to ensure the quality. Analyzing to develop better solutions, this results in good performance at the time of execution. Ensure to develop generic design so that the components are reused and consumed by other processes which reduces the development activity. 50%
•Creating the deployment package to promote the deliverable to higher environment for system integration and acceptance testing. Provided support on production warranty based on deliverables deployed to production. 10%
