Project Director - Sustainability & Resilience
Coordinate development of comprehensive simulations, known as "environmental analysis models", of new & existing buildings, campuses, transit stations, among other infrastructure projects to determine energy consumption, comfort, daylighting, & other environmental metrics & its breakdown by end-uses as well as factors that improve this performance.
Requirements:
Master's or foreign equivalent in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field, & 4 years of progressively responsible experience in job offered or in related occupation. Using & interpreting environmental software & results, including creating workflows & simulation processes, running simulation software, directing other team members, & drafting reports & client presentations. Creating building environmental models, including managing processes, & ensuring quality control & assurance of model results including Grasshopper Pollination / Ladybug Tools, Open Studio, THERM, Radiance, Climate Studio. Understanding & maintaining quality control of projects by utilizing coding algorithms for building performance analytics, including grasshopper coding. Required skills: Presentation to Clients, Customers and Employees, QC (Quality Control), Drafting - Writing & Language.
40 hours/week. Telecommuting permissible pursuant to company policy. When not telecommuting, must report to work site.
