Senior Quality Program Manager (Atlanta, GA) Responsible for implementing & maintaining systems quality focus using collection & analysis of defect data.
Requirements:
Bachelor in Materials Science & Engineering or related technical field. 5 years elevator experience in either production, design, install, or service. 5 years of Continuous Improvement experience. Any experience with: data analysis; root cause analysis & leading root cause investigations; defect identification, correction, & containment; coaching others in data collection system usage (i.e., Benchmark); execution in matrix organization; & with delivering results against organizational goals & timelines. Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or Master Black Belt training or certification. Up to 25% national & international travel. Must have legal authority to work in U.S.
